Author's Notes: Takes place two weeks after Homecoming and Band Candy hasn't happened.  This is my world and there will be no Willow/Oz leg rubbing dammit.  Willow tells Oz what she did.  This is kinda close to what actually happened.  Maybe I'm psychic.  Please let me know what you think.  This is the very first thing I've ever written.  Even if you think it sucks, let me know.

Xander and Willow were walking out of the classroom talking in hushed tones and looking around to make sure no one was listening.

"Have you said anything to Oz yet?" Xander asked.

"Not yet, have you told Cordy?" Willow asked as she tried to put the books in her arms into her backpack.

He took the books from her and put them in the backpack.  "Hell no.  She'd flip."

Willow turned around and looked him straight in the eyes.  "So, you mean, you're NOT gonna tell her?" She wanted to know.

"Come on, doing that is scarier than fighting demons or vampires.  You know how she can get.  So, I guess you're planning on telling Oz?"

They got to her locker and she put some stuff in it.  "Well, she's YOUR girlfriend.  And yes, I have to tell him.  I just wouldn't feel right.  I don't do the guilty-thing very well.  The only reason I haven't told him yet is cause I was waiting for the full moon to pass.  He gets a little cranky around his "time of the month".  Wolfie-Oz can sometimes be unpredictable."

"Well, good luck, but I'm still not telling Cordy.  I don't want to die a virgin."  He said, flashing her a big smile.

She ignored him.  "Xander, you know she'll find out sooner or later."

"Yeah maybe, but at this point I'd rather hide from it as long as I can get away with it.  Check me out dodging the truth as we speak."

Buffy came up from behind them and startled them.  "Hi guys."

Willow dropped a book out of her locker.

Willow kneeled down to pick up the book and avoided making eye contact with Buffy.  "Oh gee, um…hi…Buffy."

Buffy knew both Xander and Willow better than anyone else did.  She sensed weirdness.  "Hey, what's up with the two of you?  You've both been acting pretty weird."

"Nothing. We didn't do anything….err….umm…I gotta go now." Xander said then took off down the hall leaving Willow alone with Buffy.

Buffy raised her eyebrow at Willow.  "Pretty weird."  Willow just said, "Well, I think he's had a little too much sugar today."

Willow sat at her vanity putting on lipstick.  She wanted to look great when Oz came over.  She figured that maybe if she looked really pretty, Oz wouldn't be as mad.  It was a pretty stupid idea, but worth a shot anyway.  She sighed.  She had never been more confused in her entire life and she no idea what to do.  She knew she like Oz so much.  He was cute, smart, funny and just an all round great person. That meant a lot to her.  But on the other hand, she had liked Xander for as long as she could remember.  Even though they had both agreed that it was "just the clothes" that made them kiss each other.  She couldn't help wondering what it would be like to be Xander's girlfriend.  She started putting on some eye shadow and sighed again.  She went into the bathroom to wash some of the makeup off her face.  She didn't want to over-do it and look like a hooker or something.  "Please don't let Oz hate me," she thought.

Oz was in his van on the way to Willow's house.  She had asked him to come over so that they could talk.  She also happened to mention that her parents had gone away for the weekend.  Did it mean what he thought it meant?  God, he hoped so.  He had waited patiently for Willow to be ready, but he it was nearly killing him.  He had run down the scenario in his mind so many times.  He would never push her into something she didn't want to do, but sometimes it was hard for him to control himself, especially around the full moon.  They had done "other" stuff, but the more stuff that they did, the more stuff he wanted to do.  "Geez, maybe I better go home and take a cold shower," he thought.  He knew he couldn't though because he was already late.  Instead, stopped off at Blockbuster to get a movie like he told Willow he would.  He finally decided on a movie called "Can't Hardly Wait."  He had heard that it was a pretty funny movie, especially that kid w/ the baggy pants and goggles.  So he paid for it and some other stuff and headed on his way.  He realized as he pulled into Willow's driveway that he was nervous.  He hardly ever got nervous.  That was one of his best traits, the ability to keep cool in almost any situation.  He took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.  Willow opened the door looking adorable as usual.

"Hey babe," he said as he walked through the door and gave her a kiss.

"Hey.  What movie did you get?" She asked, trying to sound normal even though she had the ickiest feeling in the pit of her stomach.

"I got Can't Hardly Wait.  And I picked up soda and popcorn too."  He showed it to her.  "Extra butter, the kind you like."

"You're the best," she smiled.  This was gonna be a long night.

"Nope baby, you are"  He kissed her on the tip of her nose then went a plopped down on the couch.

"Um, well, I'm gonna go make the popcorn."

"I can help," he said as he started to get up.

"Thanks, but that's OK. You get the movie ready."  She wanted at least a few more minutes to figure out what she was gonna say.
