The next day we were all back in the library, as usually. "Last night was so much fun. Can’t wait to do that again." Margo and I just stared at Cameron. "Please note the sarcasm in my voice!"
"Chloe, I’m curious to know where you learned the Italian from."
Cam and I both looked at each other and said at the exact same time "The Godfather trilogy!" Margo just rolled her eyes as Cam and I laughed.
I realise that the whole slayer/vampire thing is almost impossible to overcome, but I really don’t have a choice. It’s my destiny and I’ll just have to make the best of it. I know it won’t be so hard as long as Margo and Cameron are always around.
